GENERAL
All commissions follow these terms unless specified otherwise.
- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
- When payment is received it implies you have understood and agreed to my Terms of Service.
- I do not take reservations.
PAYMENT
- Payments are taken via Paypal Invoice and in USD.
- Payment will be taken full, upfront. I will not start your commission until payment is received.
- All invoices are due within 5 business days from receiving them, unless agreed otherwise.
- A full refund may be requested if I haven't started your project. I offer partial refunds once a project is started, however, the % of refund is at my discretion and based on how much time has already been put into the project.
REVISIONS & CHANGES
- If a commission needs to be cancelled for any reason you’ll receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the artwork has been completed.
- If I have to cancel the commission for any reason, the commissioner will receive a full refund.
- If personal commission has a special deadline I will ask for additional fees (If it needs to be done sooner, for a birthday or the like.)
- In case of Emergency commissions there is NO refund option.
- I will show thumbnails, sketches, base coloring between phases for approval/changes before I move onto the next part. After I’ve received approval I will NOT make any new revisions/additions.
- Big changes might require additional fees.
- Finished artwork will NOT be revised.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
Non-Commercial Custom Illustration Commissions:
I (the artist) own and retain rights to publish the artwork (and all process works related to the project) in print and online unless otherwise specified at the time of agreement in writing.
Commercial Custom Illustration Commissions:
Terms of usage is negotiated in the contract agreement.
PERSONAL USAGE RIGHTS
When you commission a custom piece of art, you will be granted personal usage rights. This means you may print and frame it to hang on your wall, use it as your desktop wallpaper, use it for social media avatars & use it for personal livestream/discord assets (if applicable). You may not mass produce, alter or use the artwork commercially.
SHARING PROCESS PUBLICLY
I may work on your artwork in public art streams and post in my art profiles (Patreon as well) unless it’s a private or contract commission.
